    統括アドバイザーGeneral Advisor 市山 尚三Shozo Ichiyama

    東京大学経済学部を卒業後、松竹に入社。オフィス北野在籍中に国内外の様々な作品をプロデュースする。2000年から2020 年まで映画祭「東京フィルメックス」のプログラム・ディレクターを務め、2021年４月より、東京国際映画祭のプログラミング・ディレクターに就任。

    Born in 1963. As a producer for Shochiku Co., Ltd. and Office Kitano Inc., Ichiyama mainly produced works by the non-Japanese filmmakers. His major films include Hou Hsiao-Hsien's Flowers of Shanghai (1998), Cannes Film Festival Jury Prize-winning director Samira Makhmalbaf's Blackboards (2000), and Cannes Film Festival Best Screenplay winner A Touch of Sin (2013) directed by Jia Zhangke. He was also in charge of selecting films for the Tokyo International Film Festival from 1992 to 1999. In 2000, he launched the Film Festival Tokyo FILMeX and served as the director. Since 2013, he has been a visiting professor at the Tokyo University of the Arts, Graduate School of Film and New Media. He is the recipient of the 2019 Kawakita Award. He was appointed Programming Director of the Tokyo International Film Festival in 2021.

    元（株）角川書店代表取締役、元（株）KADOKAWA代表取締役副社長、アニメ・実写のプロデューサーを歴任。現在、ZEN大学客員教授、コンテンツ産業史アーカイブ研究センター副所長、KADAKAWAアニメ・声優アカデミーおよびKADOKAWAマンガアカデミー名誉アカデミー長などを務める。合同会社ENJYU代表社員。

    Former President and CEO of Kadokawa Shoten Co., Ltd. and former Executive Vice President of KADOKAWA Corporation, having served as a producer for both animation and live-action projects. Inoue currently serves as a Visiting Professor at ZEN University, Deputy Director of the History of Content Industry Archives Research Center(HARC), and Honorary Dean of both the KADOKAWA Anime & Voice Acting Academy and the KADOKAWA Manga Academy. He is also the Representative Partner of ENJYU LLC.

    東京を拠点とする映画会社ローデッド・フィルムズ代表。『十年Ten Years Japan』（製作 総指揮：是枝裕和監督）、黒沢清監督『旅のおわり世界のはじまり』、2022年カンヌ国際映画祭カメラドール特別表彰を受賞し、日本のアカデミー賞正式出品作品となった早川千絵監督『プラン75』などをプロデュース。最新作は早川監督の『ルノワール』が2025年カ ンヌ国際映画祭のオフィシャルコンペティション部門に選出された。現在、石川慶監督によるポーランド・日本合作映画、平柳敦子監督による日本・フィリピン合作映画などの企画が進行中。

    Eiko Mizuno-Gray is the CEO and delegate producer at Loaded Films in Tokyo. She has produced “Ten Years Japan” (executive producer Hirokazu Kore-eda), Kiyoshi Kurosawa’s “To the Ends of the Earth” and Chie Hayakawa’s “Plan 75” which won the Cannes Caméra d'Or Special Mention in 2022 and was Japan’s official Oscar entry. Her latest production, Hayakawa’s “Renoir”, has been selected in the official competition at Cannes 2025. Her projects in development include a Poland-Japan co-production directed by Kei Ishikawa and Atsuko Hirayanagi’s coproduction between Japan-Philippines.

    日本の映画プロデューサーであり、株式会社ハピネット・メディアマーケティングの代表取締役副社長を務める。2003年にファントム・フィルムを設立し、邦画の企画製作や洋画の買い付け・配給に携わる。2017年にはアカデミー賞作品賞を受賞した「ムーンライト」を日本に紹介し、その眼識と手腕が高く評価される。近年はプロデュースを手掛けた「PLAN 75」「ナミビアの砂漠」「ルノワール」の3作品が連続でカンヌ国際映画祭に選出、その他にも「敵」「箱男」など多彩な作品をプロデュース。若手クリエイターの発掘や国際共同製作にも積極的に取り組み、日本映画界と海外をつなぐ存在として注目されている。

    Keisuke Konishi is a Japanese film producer and Executive Vice President of Happinet Phantom Studios. In 2003, he founded Phantom Film, where he produced and distributed a wide range of Japanese and international films. In 2017, he brought the Academy Award-winning film Moonlight to Japanese audiences, earning recognition for his keen judgment and vision. In recent years, three films he produced, Plan 75, Desert of Namibia, and Renoir were consecutively selected for the Cannes Film Festival. His other producing credits include diverse works such as Teki Cometh and The Box Man. Konishi actively supports emerging filmmakers and promotes international collaborations, establishing himself as a key figure bridging Japanese cinema and the global film industry.

    山梨県出身。高校卒業後に渡米し、カリフォルニア州立大学ノースリッジ校映画制作学科で学士号を取得。ロサンゼルスの制作会社で経験を積み、初の長編プロデュース作『サムライ・アベンジャー／復讐剣盲狼』（2009）が世界配給され注目を集める。以降も国内外で作品を手掛け、『カンパイ！世界が恋する日本酒』（2015）はサンセバスチャン国際映画祭などで上映され全米でも劇場公開された。その後『カンパイ！日本酒に恋した女たち 』（2019）、『AUM: The Cult at the End of the World』（2023、兼共同監督）等をプロデュース。現在はロサンゼルスを拠点に、シネピック・エンターテイメントで国際共同企画を進める一方、配信プラットフォーム「SAKKA」を通じ日本映画の海外発信を展開している。

    Chiaki Yanagimoto is a Japanese-born, Los Angeles-based producer, director, and founder of SYNEPIC Entertainment. She began with Samurai Avenger: The Blind Wolf (2009) and went on to produce documentaries including Kampai! For the Love of Sake (2015), which premiered at San Sebastian Film Festival. Her directorial debut, AUM: The Cult at the End of the World, premiered at Sundance Film Festival and was released by Greenwich Entertainment in 2025. Under her own SYNEPIC Entertainment, she is currently producing a slate of international documentaries and scripted films. SYNEPIC also runs SAKKA, a global platform for Japanese independent cinema.

    1986年、福井県生まれ。配給会社、俳優事務所、映画祭のスタッフを経て、日英翻訳のコーディネートや映像字幕制作、自主映画の制作を行う。2014年に映画の企画から配給/セールスおよび翻訳字幕制作を行う株式会社E.x.N（エクスン）を設立。製作/プロデュース作に『黒い暴動♥』（16／宇賀那健一監督）、藤元明緒監督作『僕の帰る場所』（18／日本=ミャンマー）、『海辺の彼女たち』（21／日本＝ベトナム）、『LOST LAND/ロストランド』(25／日本=フランス=マレーシア=ドイツ)。山形国際ドキュメンタリー映画祭ヤマガタ・ラフカット!部門プログラムコーディネーター。ふくい文化創造センター アーツカウンシル部門ディレクター。NETPAC会員。

    Kazutaka Watanabe (b. 1986) is a producer based in Japan. After experiencing various ranges of work in the industry: distribution, talent agency, film festivals, production, and subtitling/translation, he created E.x.N K.K. in 2014. He has produced the work of Director Akio Fujimoto throughout his career, including “Harà Watan (Lost Land) (2025, Japan=France=Malaysia=Germany)”, which received the Special Jury Prize in the Orizzonti Competition at the Venice IFF 2025. He also works as a programmer(since 2017) at “Yamagata Roughcut!“ at the Yamagata International Documentary Film Festival, and as a Director(since 2025) at the Art Council in Fukui prefecture, Japan.     1981年から現場で経験を積み、30年にわたりドキュメンタリーと劇映画の制作において、あらゆる工程に関わってきた。2005年からは自身の制作会社サノジ・プロダクションの運営・発展に携わっている。近年のプロデュース作品に『H6』（21/YeYe監督、カンヌ国際映画祭 Special Screening）、『Always』(24/Deming Chen監督, CPH:DOX Award受賞) などがある。

    Writer-director-producer, Jean-Marie Gigon has trained on the job since 1981. In thirty years, he had the opportunity to step in all the fabrication’s phases of documentary and fiction films.
    His short films led him to work with Jean-François Stévenin, Michael Lonsdale, André Wilms, Edith Scob.
    Since 2005, he works on the development of his own company Sanosi Productions. Recent productions include "H6" (2021, directed by YeYe, Cannes Special Screening) and "Always" (2024, directed by Deming Chen, CPH:DOX Award)

    東京藝術大学美術学部卒・同大学院映像研究科脚本（田中陽造ゼミ）修了。『トウキョウソナタ』（08/黒沢清監督）で脚本の仕事を始める。同作は第61回カンヌ国際映画祭「ある視点」部門審査員賞受賞。主な作品に『すーちゃん まいちゃん さわ子さん』（12/御法川修監督）、『散歩する侵略者』（17/黒沢清監督）、『寝ても覚めても』(18/濱口竜介監督)などがある。

    Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, Faculty of Fine Arts, and completed the Graduate School of Film and New Media, Screenwriting Program (Yozo TANAKA Seminar). Began screenwriting career with "Tokyo Sonata" (2008, directed by Kiyoshi KUROSAWA), which won the Jury Prize in the Un Certain Regard section at the 61st Cannes International Film Festival. Major works include "Su-chan Mai-chan Sawako-san" (2012, directed by Osamu MINORIKAWA), "Before We Vanish" (2017, directed by Kiyoshi KUROSAWA), and "Asako I & II" (2018, directed by Ryusuke HAMAGUCHI).
